Built for athletes, by an athlete. Backed by evidence. Designed for the long game.
AOS is a mental performance and life skills system built by 8-year NBA veteran and certified life coach Tyrus Thomas. Designed to fill the gap traditional training leaves behind, AOS equips athletes with the clarity, emotional control, and leadership tools needed to perform and grow, in and out of the playing arena.
AOS offers 1-on-1 coaching, group cohorts, a self-paced course, and campus partnerships. Each path is built to develop the person behind the player.
If your athlete works hard but struggles with confidence, focus, or identity, AOS gives them more than motivation. It gives them a system. Because talent alone isn’t enough. The mind has to be ready, too.
Before joining AOS, many athletes feel mentally drained, constantly second-guessing themselves despite having all the talent in the world but no clear roadmap. They’re overwhelmed, unsure, and carrying the weight of expectations without the tools to manage them.
After AOS, that changes. Athletes become clear-minded and confident, locked in on what truly matters, and fully equipped to thrive, not just in competition, but in life beyond the game. It’s not just a shift in mindset; it’s a transformation in how they show up every day.
AOS meets the athlete where they are, and builds them into who they’re becoming.
We offer four powerful paths to growth. Each one is rooted in real experience, structured accountability, and tools that translate to real life.
Clarity. Direction. No Commitment.
A one-time deep dive to assess mindset, identity, and performance rhythms, with a personalized game plan your athlete and family can use immediately.
